DST compra más acciones de Facebook

Después de la primera inyección de capital hace unos meses, la empresa rusa vuelve a comprar participaciones de la red social.

Facebook podría vender más acciones a DTS

Las redes sociales están demoda entre los inversores, después de la primera ampliación de Twitter, llega una nueva oportunidad para Facebook. Hace unos meses Digital Sky Technologies compraba acciones preferentes de la popular red social por valor de 100 millones de euros. Ahora la firma rusa parece que quiere aumentar su presencia en Facebook comprando las participaciones de los accionistas. El valor de la inverisón pordría llegar a los 100 millones de dólares.

En Julio adquirió las de los empleados y exempleados de la red, con lo que consiguieron buenos beneficios pues el precio de compra por acción fue de 14,77 dólares, el mismo precio por el que quiere comprar ahora. Si se realiza la compra, la inversión de DST en la plataforma social superaría los 200 millones de dólares.

Si antes de la era de la rentabilidad de Facebook la rusa estaba interesada en entrar como socio, ahora con más razón. La red social tiene alrededor de 300 usuarios registrados a lo largo y ancho de todo el mundo y se empieza a perfilar como una útil herramienta de marketing.
